Four situations you would rather spot early than late
Small problems only become costly when nobody notices them in time. That is why HappyHomes watches exactly the spots where things go wrong in older, larger homes.
Leaks
Water under the sink, by the boiler or heat pump, in the utility room or in the cellar. You hear about it when it starts, not only when you get home.
Temperature and humidity
Older homes cool down quickly and hold onto damp. You see how things change per room and are notified if it gets too cold or too damp, so damp and mould do not get a chance.
Unexpected movement
Movement in the home while nobody should be there. You decide yourself when you want to be told about it.
Alert to your own people

Which sensors are included?+
Essentials includes the Milesight WS303 (water leaks), AM304L (indoor climate, motion and light), WS301 (doors and windows), the Nexelec Origin+ (smoke, temperature and humidity) and the Milesight UG63-L08GL 4G gateway. During the home check we decide together where in your home they add the most value.
Can I choose other sensors?+
Yes. If a different combination suits your home better, we tailor the package to that. Would you like extra sensors, each extra sensor costs a one-off unit price plus €5 per month.
Who receives the alerts?+
You decide that yourself. You can set yourself, your partner, a neighbour, a family member or your manager as a recipient, and add which instruction they get with each alert.
Does it still work during an internet or power outage?+
The sensors run on batteries and send their signal over their own wireless network, so they do not depend on your wifi or your router. If power or the connection in the neighbourhood fails for a long time, passing on alerts can be interrupted. The dashboard shows when a sensor stops reporting, so a fault like that does not go unnoticed.
What does it cost?+
A one-off €599 for the installation and then €39.95 per month per home, including four sensors and a 4G gateway, the app and the monitoring. An extra sensor costs a one-off unit price plus €5 per month.
How long does the installation take?+
The home check takes about half an hour. The installation itself is usually done within an hour. You do not need to prepare anything and nothing gets drilled or cut unless it is needed.
Can I cancel?+
The subscription can be cancelled any month. You are not tied in for long.
What about privacy?+
The sensors measure values such as water, temperature, humidity and movement. No images and no sound are recorded. You decide yourself who can see it and who receives alerts.
Who receives an alert when there is movement?+
You decide that in advance. You choose a small, trusted circle, for example yourself, a neighbour, a family member or your manager. Nothing goes automatically to a large neighbourhood group. Only when needed can your circle share the alert there safely.
What is expected of a neighbour after an alert?+
Look from a safe place to see whether anything stands out, or get in touch. Never approach a home or a situation alone. In case of immediate danger, call 112. HappyHomes does not call the police itself.
Do you watch along with cameras?+
No. There are no cameras, no images and no sound. The sensors measure things like water, temperature, humidity and movement. A signal asks for attention, it is not a conclusion.
